Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Manager to join our team at Duggan Vape & Smoke. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, including sales, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including training and development
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 kg
- Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 kg
What We Offer:
