Job Summary

As a Branch Sales Associate at CB Canada, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and solutions to customers in our branch network. This role requires you to capitalize on sales opportunities, create customer loyalty, and exceed customer expectations by utilizing your guidance, knowledge, and winning attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the entire customer experience, including product selection, accurate order entry, and safely loading customer vehicles.
  • Consistently perform actions with a branch sales focus to capitalize on sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
  • Learn and navigate various computer systems and applications for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
  • Agility to shift focus from assisting customers to other branch tasks, including warehouse and showroom duties.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to ensure branch appearance meets Grainger standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation.
  • Ability to work in a position requiring continuous standing and walking, lifting up to 25lbs, and safely operating powered industrial equipment.
