Billing Homes Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Work Environment

Our construction sites are located outdoors, and you will be working in a noisy environment with occasional exposure to heights and dust.

Work Setting

You will be working in a fast-paced construction environment, coordinating with our team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a productive and efficient team
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising 1-2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
