  • 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in marketing, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven Salesforce product knowledge and experience with requirement management tools like JIRA.
  • Strong leadership skills to lead Agile ceremonies and ensure the team meets its goals on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in implementing one of the Salesforce Clouds (Sales/Service), and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
