The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a fully assembled system, integrating and testing complex electromechanical devices, and troubleshooting issues down to the component level. Strong electronics and mechanical background, as well as experience with troubleshooting techniques and test equipment, are essential for this role.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with other departments to ensure proper documentation and generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) as needed. You will also evaluate systems to validate customer complaints and generate repair plans.
Required capabilities include strong professional customer relations skills, previous experience working within a Microsoft Office environment, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Desired education and experience include 1-4 years' experience in the Electronics and Mechanical field, a Community College diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Technology or equivalent, and experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO9000/AS9100 environments.
