Cove Mechanical Inc. is seeking a skilled Plumber Technician to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on plumbing techniques and best practices.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Requirements:
  • Plumber Trade Certification.
  • Driver's License (Class 3 or D).
  • Plumber Red Seal Certificate.
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
Working Conditions:
