IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at Master Halco. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for company infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network issues.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and security of our IT systems, including software updates, hardware repairs, and network configuration.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop creative solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, plant engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Education: IT industry certifications or a degree in a related field of study.
- Experience: 5+ years of increasingly responsible experience in information technology, help desk, technical support, and communications with project management.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Office 365, VOIP, and collaboration tools. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or other Cisco certifications are preferred.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a competitive compensation package, extended health care plan, registered pension plan, and opportunities for growth and development.
