Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe and secure store environment. You will also be involved in training staff, scheduling assignments, and participating in all store duties.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality store operations
- Assist in managing store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, including cleaning and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Participate in sales floor activities, including merchandising and visual displays
- Secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent certificate
- A minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented environment
- Preference may be given to those candidates with experience in a retail or hospitality environment, or experience working in a team environment
