Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to lead our team in overseeing contract negotiations, managing risks, and ensuring compliance. This is a key role that will contribute significantly to the success of our projects.

The successful candidate will:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and compliance, as well as exceptional organizational and negotiation skills. They will also be able to lead teams and work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in contract management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations.
