Job Title: Plumbing Apprentice

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Apprentice to join our team at Goldbar Contractors Inc. As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will assist experienced plumbers in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
  • Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size
Requirements:
  • Apprenticeship training in plumbing
  • Pre-apprenticeship training
  • Level one apprenticeship training
  • Level two apprenticeship training
  • Level three apprenticeship training
  • Level four apprenticeship training
  • Level five apprenticeship training
