Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Juniors Foods Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal use and minimize waste.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage products meet quality control standards and are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and sales growth.
