This Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate with employees and managers to contribute value-added human resources support to meet strategic and operational objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing strategic and tactical solutions, such as performance management, compensation, annual leadership reviews, employee engagement surveys, and skills development

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations and at least 10 years of experience in HR in a unionized manufacturing environment
  • A strong foundation in labor relations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in both official languages (English and French)
  • The ability to influence management and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong customer focus, autonomy, and dynamism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
