About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Lead to join our Sales team at Accoravillage. As a Team Lead, you will play a vital role in promoting our core values and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive sales.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is visually appealing and meets company standards through product presentation, replenishment, and visual displays.
  • Loss Prevention: Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies and procedures to minimize losses and protect company assets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product and service updates to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Retail Experience: 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in apparel.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
