Java Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Team Lead to join our team at ROSS, a leading provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), HR Technology, Recruitment and HR Professional Services.

About the Role

As a Java Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced Java developers in the development of new features and products. You will work closely with our marketing, product management, testing, and performance teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of 5 Java developers
  • Provide technical direction and oversee the design and implementation of software solutions
  • Ensure system integrity and scalable architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-7 years of experience as a Java Developer and at least 2 years of experience managing a team of 4 or more developers
  • Experience working in Agile with high volume releases per week
  • Strong project management skills and experience working in a Unix environment
  • Proficiency in Java SE 1.5+, AWT, Swing, JUnit, Ant, DB2, MySQL, REST, JSON, and Protocol Buffers
