Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare food and drinks to our high standards
- Manage delivery and mobile orders with accuracy and speed
- Communicate effectively with peers and managers to ensure seamless service
- Assemble dine-in orders and package take-out and delivery orders with care
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment to ensure the safety of our guests, crew members, and yourself
