Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
  • Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
  • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to enhance customer experience
  • Process special orders efficiently and accurately
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
