Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Dining Room Cashier Coordinator to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken in Shelburne, ON.

About the Role

This is a permanent position offering 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have experience as a cashier, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency, processing payments and handling customer transactions
  • Manage stock levels and maintain a clean and organized counter area
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist customers with self-checkout and participate in promotional activities to enhance sales
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience as a cashier, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
