Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Titon PG Holdings Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely information to management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing management with valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a physically demanding role. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and walk frequently.

Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
