Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BC Ltd DBA Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and estimate ingredient and supply needs
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
