We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team at USA Talent Solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, promoting our high-quality colorants and equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and conducting market research.
- Promote and sell our colorants and equipment, including pumping systems and tote mixers, to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and recommend custom color solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support, working closely with our skilled technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with us to ensure smooth and timely delivery of pigments and equipment.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and foster new relationships to secure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay informed and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in colorants, pigments, paint sales, concrete sales, or similar industry.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with logistics and transportation, particularly related to pigment or chemical delivery, is a plus.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
