About the Job
We are hiring a Manufacturing Process Optimization Leader to join our team at Asahi Kasei Battery Separator Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet industry standards. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, and a Master's degree is an asset. PMP (Project Management Professional) and P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) certifications are desirable.
