We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Information Coordinator to join our team at BeCAN Immigration Services. As an Information Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and statistics
  • Prepare and deliver educational programs, materials, and sessions
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform general office duties, including receiving payments and issuing receipts
  • Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
