Customer Experience Associate

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our branch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Assist with responding to customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure a positive outcome.
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening a limited range of products and services as needed.
- Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to the advice goals and promoting products, advice, and banking capabilities.
- Participate fully as a member of the team, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Develop knowledge in own area and participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross-training within own team.
Requirements
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.
