We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Platforms Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.
- Configure and integrate various software solutions to enhance data flow and business processes.
- Monitor the performance of business platforms and identify bottlenecks to implement optimizations.
- Provide technical support to platform users and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.
- Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Administration in Finance.
- 7+ years of SAP experience in SAP FICO areas with a proven record of accomplishment as a team lead of large and complex SAP business-system transformation programs.
- Good accounting knowledge would be a plus.
- Relevant experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related area, demonstrating a track record of bridging business needs with technical solutions.
Preferred:
- 3 years of experience in team leadership roles directing, leading, or managing the finance team offshore model.
- Ability to resolve complex support queries and configure and test all support-related queries in GL, PCA, AR & AP Finance areas with strong integration knowledge of other FICO sub-modules along with cross-functional integration knowledge with OTC, SCM, P2P & HR.
