The Rogues Shift Leader is a key role at Westwood Plateau, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading the restaurant team during operational hours. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Above & Beyond service to guests through customer and restaurant service
  • Lead and manage the Rogues Restaurant Servers, ensuring a seamless dining experience
  • Oversee cocktail mixing, wine service, and draft beer service
  • Process point of sales computer system transactions and manage cash out procedures
  • Ringing in event tabs and ensuring accurate credit and debit card transactions
Requirements:
  • Serving It Right certification is mandatory, with Food Safe certification an asset
  • Previous 2 years of restaurant supervision and service experience in a hotel and/or restaurant
  • Cocktail mixing knowledge and product knowledge are essential
