About the Role

In this role as the Clinical Educator/Practice Lead, you'll be instrumental in driving clinical education and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services. You'll meticulously review quality-focused data, identifying areas for improvement, and spearhead the development and implementation of education and quality improvement plans.

Requirements
  • Graduated from a recognized school of nursing and registered with BCCNM
  • Alternatively, possess a degree in a recognized health science or professional program
  • Possess five years of healthcare experience
  • 5 years' experience with adult education or clinical instruction
  • Two years of clinical experience are required, with a preference for long-term care experience
  • Certification in a gerontology program is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, featuring an annual salary range of $101,000 to $119,000 per year. Your comprehensive benefits include employer-paid extended health and dental coverage, along with generous vacation time. Additionally, we provide RRSP matching contributions and support for your ongoing professional development.
