We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Almax Building Solutions Inc. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Paint Application: Mix paint to desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Worksite Setup: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed.
- Quality Control: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
As a Painter with Almax Building Solutions Inc., you will work in a variety of locations, including outdoors and confined spaces. You will be required to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions.
Requirements- Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors.
- Physical Demands: Be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: Work a standard 40-50 hour week.
