Job Title: Painter

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at APG DESIGN. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging as needed.
  • Work with a variety of materials and finishes to achieve desired results.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

This is an on-the-road job, and you will be required to travel to various locations to complete projects.
