Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer service.
