Job Description

The Customer Operations Manager is a key role in our store operations team. This position is responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth through effective management of the sales floor and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth through effective management of the sales floor and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address gaps.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of store operations and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of management experience in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail business environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Quebec.
