Job Description

The Customer Operations Manager is a key role in our store operations team. This position is responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth through effective management of the sales floor and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage the sales floor to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience
  • Manage inventory and visual merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of management experience in specialty retail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Quebec
