Job Description
The Customer Operations Manager is a key role in our store operations team. This position is responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth through effective management of the sales floor and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth
- Manage the sales floor to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of management experience in specialty retail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Quebec
