About the Role:

This Communications Specialist will work closely with the education department to develop and implement effective communication strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating engaging content: Develop high-quality written and visual materials that promote the education department's initiatives and achievements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders: Work with teachers, administrators, and other education professionals to ensure that communication strategies align with their needs and goals.
  • Briefing the media: Prepare educational leaders and staff for media interviews and provide support during crisis situations.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in education or communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas simply.
