Job Summary

We are seeking a Global HRIS Manager to join our Global People Operations team. This role can be based in most GHD office locations in the US or Canada. As a Global HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and updates of HR systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, customization of modules, user training, and addressing system issues and deficiencies.
  • Project manage business requirements documents, develop project charters, work breakdown structures, project schedules, and milestone plans, risk management, communication plans, issue logs, and decision logs.
  • Collaborate with other functions (IS/Finance) to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
  • Act as the interface between business users and external system support teams, guiding the business on system updates and their impact on business processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors to address technical issues, implement updates, and optimize system functionality.
  • Establish and maintain data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making within the HR function.
  • Implement and enforce robust security measures to safeguard HRIS data.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, making proactive recommendations for systems enhancements and upgrades.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field with proven experience in a HRIS Leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems architecture with demonstrated advanced knowledge of Oracle and HR processes across the whole employee lifecycle, including downstream systems.
  • Proven ability to solve technical configuration and data integration problems, coupled with the ability to communicate and influence across a diverse multi-cultural stakeholder group.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
