Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of HR systems and processes to support business objectives.
- Project manage the implementation of new systems and modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop project charters, work breakdown structures, and project schedules.
- Consult with vendors to address technical issues, implement updates, and optimize system functionality.
- Establish and maintain data governance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
- Provide data analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making within the HR function.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a HRIS leadership role, with a strong understanding of HR systems architecture and Oracle.
- Ability to solve technical configuration and data integration problems, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance.
