We seek a seasoned Client Controller who will lead our team and work closely with a variety of clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their day-to-day accounting operations. As a leader, you will mentor, support, and coach junior accountants, promote a supportive team environment, identify process improvements, and build relationships with clients and their extended support network.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, be passionate about leading and motivating people, enjoy working in a dynamic role where no two days are the same, and possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or an applicable field is required, with a CPA designation being an asset.
