As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising farm workers, assisting with growing and crop-related operations, and ensuring the highest level of quality control and production records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assign tasks to farm workers to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Assist with growing and crop-related operations, including planting, pruning, and harvesting
  • Train and develop farm workers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality control procedures
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • College or diploma program in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years' experience in a greenhouse environment or related field
  • Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb, and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
