Job Title: Home Health Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Olivia Morales Aguilera. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring clients receive nutritious and balanced diets.
  • Assist with medication management, ensuring clients take their medications as prescribed.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and errands, ensuring clients' mobility and independence.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Work Environment:
