Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, and loaders to perform tasks such as excavation, demolition, and land clearing.
  • Read blueprints, maps, and specifications to determine work requirements and plan methods or sequences of operation.
  • Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment and operate two-way radios and other communication equipment to communicate with team members.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and physical demands.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, safety vest, and gloves are required.
