At Discovery Academy, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to reach our target audience
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
  • Manage and maintain our brand's online presence, including social media and website content
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
