Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 1 to 2 staff members, assigning duties and responsibilities as needed.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the store's financial health.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
