Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic UX Design Lead to join our team in the insurance industry.

Overview

Our client is a leading player in the insurance sector, and we are looking for an experienced professional to support global Experience Design (XD) initiatives. The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Global XD Strategy and be responsible for implementing XD measurement frameworks and maturity assessments.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $64,000 to $75,000, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with XD leaders and practitioners across Canada, the U.S., and Asia to finalize and implement a global XD measurement framework.
  • Drive the collection, analysis, and reporting of metrics across regional XD practices.
  • Conduct XD maturity assessments, including interviews, surveys, and data analysis to identify actionable insights.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple regions to advance measurement practices.
  • Evaluate and refine existing practices and identify opportunities for improvement in XD strategy and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in experience design, research, or strategy, with a relevant degree.
  • A proven track record in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the flexibility to adapt approaches for various stakeholders.
  • Strategic and critical thinking, with robust analytical skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience measuring and reporting qualitative and quantitative metrics for UX, CX, or XD.
  • Knowledge of current digital UX standards and trends.
  • Experience working with diverse teams in a collaborative environment.
