We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Stantec Consulting International Ltd. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including project stakeholders, sponsors, and end-users.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including financial, technical, and schedule risks.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and implement effective communication plans, including project status updates, progress reports, and stakeholder engagement.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, including design, construction, and operational requirements.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, including change requests, scope creep, and scope reduction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, including experience in leading and managing complex projects.
- Skills: Proven project management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
