Job Title: Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at JFR Concrete Repair & Waterproofing Ltd. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fills hollows and removes spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish
  • Operates power vibrators to compact concrete and level top surfaces according to grade and depth specifications
  • Imparts desired finishes to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Installs anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Applies hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
  • Waterproofs, damp proofs, and restores surfaces
  • Repairs, resurfaces, and replaces worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
Work Environment:

As a Concrete Finisher, you will work on-site, often at heights, in dusty and noisy environments. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to work at heights and in dusty conditions
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
