Position Overview:

The Sales Lead is a key member of our retail team, responsible for promoting a customer-focused sales culture and driving store operations to achieve maximum profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive for Results:
    • Establish clear expectations and hold the store team accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
    • Supervise sales associates and maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
    • Develop a high-performance culture, motivating the sales team to meet sales and productivity goals.
  2. Build High Performing Teams:
    • Motivate and inspire the store team, promoting a shared vision and modeling core values.
    • Communicate with store teams and Store Management to lead positive change.
    • Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
  3. Talent:
    • Support and implement training programs, seminars, and other development initiatives.
    • Assist in the development of store associates, interpreting Key Performance Indicator reports and delivering coaching as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

  • Constant Walking/Standing - 67-100% of 8-hour shift
  • Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs. - 1-33% of 8-hour shift
  • Frequent Climbing - 34%-66% of 8-hour shift

Wage Range: $17
