Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

JSV Cleaning Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas that require attention and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working order and adequate for the needs of the team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
