Job Title: Compliance Testing Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Testing Lead to join our Integrated Compliance Services team at Manulife. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the completion of compliance testing deliverables and managing team members to ensure timely and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the annual testing plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and data from testing subjects, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business processes.
  • Assist in reviewing and finalizing testing reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • College/University Degree and/or equivalent experience in Accounting, Legal, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related financial services experience or compliance experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management principles.
