About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at The Pavers Inc. as a Maintenance and Repair Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, making adjustments and minor repairs to various systems, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, including but not limited to:
  • Adjusting and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contacting tradespersons for major repairs and maintenance
  • Performing safety and security checks
  • Showing apartments and offices to prospective tenants
  • Moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Performing other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to perform tasks that involve:

  • Repetitive tasks
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • Language of work: English
  • Hours of work: 40 hours per week
