Job Summary

The Pavers Inc. is seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, making adjustments and minor repairs to various systems, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Conduct safety and security checks to ensure a secure environment.
  • Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Work a standard 40-hour week.
  • Communicate effectively in English.
