We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Full-time Supervisor to join our DSW team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and operational excellence.
  • Model and promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and customer connection.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and operational best practices to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and motivate team members.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including closing shifts and weekends.
