We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Bayshore Home Care Solutions in Hamilton, Ontario. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, focusing on critical thinking and complex care.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $30.48 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced RPNs. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong understanding of wound care, and experience working with tracheostomy and ventilator patients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled clinical care and personal care to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Conduct health teaching and chronic disease prevention education for clients and families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a registered practical nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and possess current CPR certification. Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator patients is considered an asset.
